Great location, just a few blocks from the beach and close to public transportation. The proximity to the beach made it easy to go for walks and enjoy the beautiful views. the hotel offered a good breakfast with a decent variety of options to start the day off.

The rooms were extremely small and cramped, making it difficult to move around comfortably. The lack of space was especially noticeable during the Christmas period when we had gifts and luggage.

Not all staff at the front desk were fluent in english. This resulted in someone telling us that breakfast closed at 8.30 and not at 10.30 which was the correct time. Not possible to get extra keys which is annoying when you're 3 people i a room and someone wants go take a nap or something. No ceiling-fan in thr room and aircon very noisy. Toilet seat with soft cushion - I hate that. And the toilet lid could not stay open by it self. Room not cosy at all, totally plain. Had the feeling of a nice hostel.

Poor and old room fornitures and bathroom (needs restyling). Noisy air conditioning. Despite my Booked.net confirmation, when I arrived at the hotel they couldn't find any booking on my name. Luckly there were still some room available even if with little higer price.

It is a small hotel, in my opinion expensive given the room facilities, only internet on the reception, however most rooms on the 2nd floor, since they are above the reception area, will have internet inside the room. Nice fast Cafe do Manha (breakfast).

Air conditioning not cooling fine. 2 elevators, 1 dosnt work. If you have your car, there is no parking lot from the hotel, there are few spaces outside, all around the hotel are taken already or will charge you R$2/hr, or you can park from 9pm to 7am. The only parking "available" (gets fully booked during the day) is like 4blocks towards the lake area (opposite to the beach). Such big space is fully open for night parking, but next day in the morning is completely full!.

Easy to get around.

Restroom too tight. Room didn't have any outlet available to charge cell phone, had to use TV's outlet which were high (above head), hard to leave steady... Hotel not to stay too many days, just to sleep and bath.

The room and all facilities are old and poor. No hot water in the first night. Air conditioning old and noisy. Not worth the price.

Apart from the location, there is not much more to this hotel. Our room was one of the worst that I have seen. Noisy AC, dirty feeling in the rooms. Heavy bleach smell as you enter the room. Hot water turned off in the middle of the day. Cleaning the room meant only changing the towels. It might be the cheapest in Ipenama, but compare to price value, if you can, chose another alternative. We knew this as we read the comments. So for us it was Ok.
